BMC Software seeks a Lead AI Engineer for the USA (B) to design and build enterprise-grade agentic AI systems. You will lead autonomous agents, orchestrate multi-agent interactions, and integrate with tools, APIs, and databases in a large-scale enterprise environment.
The role requires deep expertise with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and production-grade observability and governance. You will mentor engineers and drive production standards across teams.
