The team of nearly 300 investment, finance, and operations professionals is based in Boston, MA and New York, NY.**Key Responsibilities**- Invest in private debt financings across the capital structure, with emphasis on unitranche, first lien, and second lien loans- Support the investment process end-to-end — sourcing, underwriting, and ongoing portfolio monitoring of private loans- Conduct company and industry research and develop investment recommendations alongside Team Leaders and Credit Research- Contribute to investment committee memoranda, including financial projections- Assist in evaluating, structuring, and negotiating economic and legal terms at term sheet and documentation stages- Monitor performance of existing investments and maintain relationships with Borrowers/Sponsors and Agents- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Risk Management- Support relationship coverage with private equity firms across the lower, middle, and large market to help meet origination targets**Qualifications**- 3+ years of experience, including at least 1+ years in investing, preferably in direct lending / private credit- Prior experience underwriting and monitoring credit investments- Experience with credit agreement documentation and other legal documentation- Strong ability to assess company, industry, and market risk- Excellent written and verbal communication skills**Compensation & Location**Based in Boston, MA.
