The Corporate Development Analyst supports the strategic deals side of the team, coordinating the partnerships, business development, and commercial transactions that expand Tenstorrent’s reach. The role suits a highly organized early-career candidate who can manage many workstreams at once, keep deal processes on track, and support senior colleagues who work directly with the C-suite.This role is remote, based out of Santa Clara,CA; Austin,TX; Boston,MA; Toronto,ON or New York, NY.We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.Who You AreExceptionally organized and detail-oriented, able to keep many workstreams moving without letting anything slip.A clear communicator who coordinates smoothly across internal teams and external counterparties.Analytically capable and comfortable working with data, research, and financial information.Early in your career, eager to take ownership and learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.Interested in semiconductors, data centers, and AI.What We NeedCoordinate deal processes end to end, from scheduling and trackers to follow-ups and document management.Maintain pipeline and CRM hygiene across partnerships, business development, and strategic sales.Prepare research, briefing notes, and meeting materials for the team and senior leadership.Support diligence and data-room organization across active strategic deals.Draft and manage internal and external communications that keep deal workflows on schedule.What You Will LearnHow strategic partnerships and commercial deals are sourced, structured, and closed.The AI hardware, semiconductor, and data center ecosystem and the players that shape it.What a disciplined deal process looks like when run alongside senior leadership.Hands-on skills in research, deal coordination, and executive communication.Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets.
