Pipe Foreman

We’re hiring an experienced Water/Sewer Utility Foreman to lead a crew on active installation projects. This is a hit-the-ground-running role — you’ll have 55+ years of company support behind you, but we are not training someone to run a pipe laser or work off benchmarks for the first time. Water/sewer utility experience is required; general construction or other trades experience alone will not meet the qualifications for this role. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a water/sewer installation crew on active job sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and grading plans Operate pipe lasers and work from benchmarks to maintain grade and line Enforce OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety practices Coordinate schedule and materials with project management Ensure work meets spec and passes inspection Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in water/sewer utility construction — general construction or other trades experience does not meet this requirement Proven supervisory experience specifically within water/sewer utility construction Demonstrated competence operating pipe lasers and working from benchmarks Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10/30 certification CDL Experience with project scheduling and budgeting #J-18808-Ljbffr
