- Bachelor's or Higher in Physical Therapy required
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred
- Passion for patient-centered care and an Orthopedic caseload
- Desire to treat in a 1:1 patient-focused setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Servant-leader mindset
