Description:
Candidates must have can-do attitude, great attention to detail, follow up and multi-tasking skills, able to use Microsoft products to create newsletters/event flyers, can coordinate with vendors about maintenance requests. Professional communication and behavior in the workplace. Candidates must be an expert in work, excel, emails, PowerPoint - must be able to run reports and pull data. Candidates will be creating flyers, newsletters and other projects.
Role and responsibility:
3-5 years of experience. This position must be well versed in using Microsoft office word and excel (experience with MS Outlook, Google docs and Oracle a plus. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Be comfortable navigating and finding information on the internet. Be organized and self-managed. Flexible and able to move back and forth between multiple tasks quickly and efficiently, and experienced working in an office environment. The duties of this position include data entry (Google docs and sales force), internet research, calling businesses to gather and confirm information, composing and sending emails to businesses/customers and leaving messages for and taking calls from customers. Requires the ability to read, write, and understand English, basic arithmetic skills and a high school diploma or equivalent.
