We are looking for a collaborative, student-centered administrator who is passionate about supporting young learners and empowering educators to deliver high-quality instruction. The next principal will join a dedicated faculty and a supportive community committed to ensuring that every child grows academically, socially, and emotionally in a safe, engaging and supportive learning environment. About the School Gardner Elementary School serves students in grades K–2 and is an integral part of the Swansea community. The school prides itself on strong relationships among students, staff, and families and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.
