Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. Shifts Available: On‑Call | Shifts and days vary as needed Expected starting wage range is $23.64 - $29.22. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) Graduation from an accredited LPN program and current LPN licensure in state of operation Current CPR/BLS certificate Must be at least 18 years of age Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post‑offer physical examination, 2‑step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
