Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and responsible Busser to join our team at Auntie Xita Temple City. This role is a key part of our front of house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Employment Details

• Work Location: 5701 Rosemead Blvd, Temple City, CA 91780 
• Employment Type: Part-Time, Full-Time
• Wage: Starting at $16.9 per hour plus tips, subject to applicable federal, state, and local tax withholdings.

• Start Date: Upon onboarding completion. All required pre-employment notices and documents will be provided at or before the start date, as required by law.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and efficiently to support smooth service flow.
• Assist servers with delivering food, beverages, sauces, utensils, and other guest requests as needed.
• Refill water, beverages, napkins, utensils, condiments, and other essential tabletop items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, restrooms, and guest-facing spaces.
• Keep busser stations stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift.
• Communicate clearly with staff to support efficient front-of-house operations.
• Support the overall flow of service to ensure an excellent guest experience
• Follow food safety, sanitation, cleaning, safety rules, SOPs, and company policies.
• Be punctual, reliable, responsive to scheduling, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant preferred. BBQ experience preferred.
• Strong team communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and table awareness.
• Ability to move quickly, stay organized, and support multiple tables during busy service periods.
• Ability to follow instructions, food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and company policies.
• Friendly and professional attitude with a willingness to support guests and teammates.
• Flexibility to work late-night shifts, weekends, holidays, and changing schedules as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, and move throughout the dining area for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Fluent in English. Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
