About the Role:

The Line Cook at Los Angeles Athletic Club plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, nutritious, and appealing meals to club members and guests. This Full-time position focuses on preparing a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and health standards, ensuring food safety and customer satisfaction. The cook will collaborate closely with kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while managing food inventory and minimizing waste. Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a cook in a cafeteria, restaurant, or similar food service environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks.
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience required in a high-volume setting
• Valid food handler’s permit or certification as required by local regulations.
