Lead Maintenance Technician

Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Troubleshoot equipment issues across the facility to minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently; Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and maintain accurate documentation of all work performed; Repair and maintain mechanical systems, including removing, replacing, and troubleshooting motors and pumps, and replacing bearings such as pillow block bearings; Repair and maintain electrical systems, including unwiring and rewiring pumps and motors, pulling electrical wiring, and working safely with systems up to 480V; Access HMI (Human-Machine Interface) screens to read error codes, interpret system feedback, and troubleshoot basic control-related issues
