No Dual CitizensAbility to acquire a Public Trust2 years or more of report design and development2 years or more of writing PL-SQL queries2 years or more of Java experiencePossess excellent verbal and written communications skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsBachelors Degree or 4 additional years experience in lieu of degreePreferred skills and qualifications:Experience with Jasper Reports or Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)Experience with TomcatExperience in ETL tools
