– Organize and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and flow. – Perform phone triage, providing clear communication and appropriate assistance to patients. – Handle registration processes accurately and efficiently. – Coordinate referrals and manage fax communications to facilitate patient care. – Provide clinical support including phlebotomy, immunization administration and scheduling, point-of-care testing, and vital signs assessment and recording.

– At least 2 years of experience in a medical setting, demonstrating clinical competence. – Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage appointment schedules and referral processes. – Excellent communication skills, particularly for phone triage and patient interactions. – Ability to perform phlebotomy and immunizations, with a focus on safety and accuracy. – Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, with Epic experience preferred.

– Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) required. – Experience with Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) and vital signs assessment. – Professionalism and a positive attitude, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care. – Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with no holidays required. – Prior experience working in employee health centers or similar clinical environments is a plus.
