Encova Insurance is seeking an agency manager for assigned agents with a primary focus on commercial lines. You will drive profitable growth by reviewing risks, determining acceptability, and writing new business and renewals. You will travel within the territory, visit agencies, train staff, and collaborate with underwriters to ensure competitive pricing and service excellence.
