Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Assist in inventory management, including placing orders when necessary. Qualifications Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. Prior experience in the food service industry. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
