Purpose: The Co-Op Program provides opportunities for students to understand and become actively involved with sales, parts administrative, and/or service-related activities within the dealership. The program is a short term employment opportunity, lasting for a semester or possibly throughout the school year. Responsibilities: Actively participates in project assignments centered-around sales, parts and/or service-related activities at the dealership. Participates in training relative to sales, parts and/or service. Works with and shadows selected personnel to gain experience with various employment roles at the dealership. Requirements Interest in an agricultural-related role with involvement in activities such as sales, service, parts, administrative or other related work. Basic knowledge of database software, computer application systems and ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions. Solid oral and written communication skills.
