Respiratory Therapist

Job Overview Veracity Staffing Solutions is actively hiring a respiratory therapist to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. Positions available include part‑time, full‑time, and PRN roles across various healthcare settings. Requirements Completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program or technical college course Registration or certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Current RCP license in the state of practice Experience in respiratory care jobs, emergency care, or intensive care preferred Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Current BLS and/or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Strong knowledge of pulmonary function, pulmonary rehabilitation, and respiratory equipment Responsibilities Monitor patient physiological responses, including arterial blood gases, lung function changes, and vital signs Assist physicians in managing patient care and performing medical procedures Set up and operate respiratory therapy devices such as ventilators, therapeutic gas administration apparatus, and aerosol generators Provide emergency care, including CPR and artificial respiration, when required Maintain and clean respiratory therapy equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans and treatment procedures Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations Travel to patient locations as needed Pay and Benefits Pay: $32 per hour.
