Key Responsibilities\nIn your role as an LPCC, you will undertake a variety of key responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- Performing comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans that may include crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies. \n
- Completing all necessary documentation promptly, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based screening instruments in collaboration with the clinical team to enhance patient assessments and outcomes. \n
- Working across programs to develop and implement positive behavior support plans, actively participating in team meetings and strategy sessions. \n
- Facilitating ongoing professional development and pursuing additional training to stay abreast of the latest trends in mental health care. \n
- Maintaining effective communication with diverse stakeholders, including state agencies, community partners, and local organizations, to promote our services and enhance community integration. \n
- Actively participating in accreditation processes and contributing to quality assurance initiatives. \n
- Engaging in research and outreach to establish new partnerships and secure funding opportunities to advance our mission. \n
- Advocating for our patients and integrating the agency's mission and values into your daily practice. \n
- Completing other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to help further our collective goals. \n
You will have the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including those facing challenges with emotional distress, addiction, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. Qualifications\nThe successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required. \n
- An independent LPCC license in California is mandatory; we support new candidates relocating from other states by covering licensing fees. \n
While a minimum of one year of relevant professional experience is required, we value diverse backgrounds and are open to candidates with various experiences. Prior exposure to crisis intervention strategies and evidence-based practices in mental health services will be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits\nIn recognition of your expertise and dedication, CenCal Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will have access to:
