We're Seeking a Visionary Who Is:

• Experienced & Knowledgeable: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in senior living or a related field, with a strong focus on activities and program development. A Bachelor's degree in Gerontology, Recreation Administration, Health Promotion, or a related field is preferred.
• A Proven Program Developer: You possess a demonstrated ability to develop and manage comprehensive life enrichment programs that resonate with seniors.
• An Exceptional Communicator & Leader: You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, capable of inspiring both residents and staff.
• Innately Creative & Resourceful: You bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to foster engaging experiences for seniors.
• Deeply Compassionate: You have a strong commitment to resident-centered care and thrive in a collaborative environment.
