We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our interdisciplinary team in a supportive and safe environment where safety, integrity, respect, and excellence are our highest standards.The RoleAs an RN, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, supporting individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians and therapists to ensure the delivery of safe and effective psychiatric services. You will be a cornerstone of our patient-centered care model, requiring clinical expertise and strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities Include:Clinical Care: Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor progress.Medical Tasks: Administer medications, perform phlebotomy as needed, and conduct skin checks and nutrition reviews.Crisis Management: Participate in de-escalation, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care practices.Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records within the electronic medical record (EMR).Family Engagement: Communicate health and treatment updates effectively with parents and guardians.Supervision: Oversee medication administration systems and train staff on best practices for hygiene and infection control.
