Harbour Industries is hiring a Machine Operator to join our production team! This is a full time, ONSITE role located in Shelburne, VT. This role reports to our production supervisor and operates on a 1st shift schedule M-F 7am-3m.

Pay rate: $20-$21/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and operation procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Use gauges and other measurement devices to insure accurate output of products.
• Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure product integrity.
• Work with hand tools efficiently to complete tasks.
• Read routing sheets to understand and execute production requirements.
• Maintain accurate production reports and records.
• Learn and work within different stations, with ability to be cross trained on different machines.

• Possess basic math skills of addition and subtraction.
• Demonstrate a consistent attendance record.
• Have reliable transportation to the workplace.
• Ability to pass a post-offer company-paid physical/drug screen and background check.
