Mental Health Counselor – Full Time Position Compensation: $120K–$160K/yr, including 401(k) and health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) License: Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD) Location: In-person office in Fairfax, VA, with a telehealth option About The Position Join a thriving private pay practice that has served Northern Virginia for over 30 years. As a member of our team, you will provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy while working primarily with boys, teens, and young adults ages 10 to 22. At Cabush, Paul & Associates, we believe therapy extends beyond the traditional office setting. In addition to individual counseling, our clinicians have opportunities to facilitate friendship groups, parent consultation, retreats, rock climbing therapy, and other experiential services that foster confidence, connection, and lasting growth.
