Temporary Part-Time Accounting SpecialistWe are hiring a Temporary Part-Time Accounting Specialist on behalf of our client, a prominent provider of electronic contract manufacturing services. This role provides crucial support to the accounting department across accounts receivable, administrative functions, and specialized financial reporting. Location: Leesburg, VA Schedule: 20 hours a week, Mon-Thurs Compensation: $21.00/hr ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable & Billing: Prepare customer invoices, apply cash receipts, reconcile accounts, and resolve billing inquiries efficiently.Compliance & Tariff Reporting: Create, maintain, and track tariff reports while coordinating across internal teams to collect required data and follow up on outstanding charges.Vendor & Customer Administration: Process complete setup and registration documentation for customers and suppliers while maintaining supporting records.Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare miscellaneous accounting reports, data spreadsheets, and administrative summaries as requested.General Departmental Support: Provide comprehensive accounting and administrative backing, including month-end closing support and special project assistance.Qualifications and Key SkillsExperience: Prior experience in accounting, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or administrative functions preferred.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational acumen, effective communication skills, and proven time-management abilities.Professional Attributes: Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain strict confidentiality, and manage shifting priorities in a deadline-driven setting.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
