You will work in our Parkview (Surprise, AZ) clinic, lead by our Associate Medical Director.ResponsibilitiesYou will provide comprehensive, primary care to our older adult population.You will manage patient care, including both acute and chronic care management, prevention, and patient education.RequirementsActive, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of NevadaBoard certification.Experience with Electronic Medical Records2 years of Experience with Geriatrics2 years of Primary Care ExperienceIf selected for this role, you will be required to screen for TB.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$123,800 - $170,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
