Or next available is 7/27. Requirements: Bachelor s degree preferred. Current MN RN licensure or MN Temp Permit-RN. Current BLS certification. Three (3) to five (5) years hospital-based nursing experience and nursing leadership experience in a hospital setting. This could include performance in managerial or supervisory roles as well as charge nurse, educator, and resource nurse roles. Utilization of EHR. Experience with electronic bed board and surgery scheduling preferred. Responsibilities: Coordinates and provides family-centered nursing care to infants, children and adolescents, utilizing the nursing process. Accountable for professional practice including independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions performed in collaboration with other health team members.
