Job Description Job Description About the Role: Concept Renaissance Services LLC is looking for a motivated and hardworking Remodeling Helper to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL! Responsibilities: Prepare job sites by gathering materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily tasks Perform demolition work including removing fixtures, flooring, drywall, and cabinetry Support installation tasks such as flooring, trim, drywall, and finish work Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout the project Transport materials and supplies to and from job sites as needed Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Requirements: Prior experience in construction, remodeling, Drywall installation and repairs Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools preferred Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced remodelers Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments in Jacksonville, FL About Us: Concept Renaissance Services LLC is a trusted remodeling and renovation company serving the Jacksonville, FL area, dedicated to transforming spaces with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
