Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven High-Volume Recruiter to support a fast-paced security operation with ongoing staffing needs. This position will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and moving a high volume of candidates through the hiring process efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where recruiting priorities can change quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, hiring events, community outreach, and other recruiting channels.
• Manage a high volume of applicants while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person candidate screenings.
• Review applications and determine candidate qualifications.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews and coordinate with Account Managers and Operations.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate background checks, license verification, references, and required onboarding documentation.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate recruiting records.
• Monitor open positions and proactively recruit to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting activities.
• Provide regular updates on applicant flow, interviews, hires, and outstanding candidates.
• Work closely with Operations and Management to identify staffing needs and quickly address vacancies.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience preferred.
• High-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with recruiting software, job boards, spreadsheets, and other recruiting tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a goal-oriented environment.
• Must work efficiently under deadlines and maintain a consistent sense of urgency.
