Customer Service Specialist

This Client Services Representative (CSR) role is primarily focused on serving as the customer relationship owner for all corporate customers. This is a long term temporary role to cover for a leave of absence 6-12 months. Ideal candidates will have B2B commercial customer service support. Long term opportunity for learning and adding value to the team.

salary: $25 - $30 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for all corporate customers, building professional relationships, managing expectations, negotiating business details, and quickly escalating issues.
• Order and Supply Chain Coordination: Manage the end-to-end order process, including forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory levels. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Planning, QA, Quality, Shipping, and Finance) to meet customer requirements and new product introduction needs.
• Contract and Billing Compliance: Ensure adherence to customer contracts (MSA/Site Level execution agreements), advise internal teams on contract elements, and accurately compile one-off customer billings.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver high-level customer presentations for CS&OP meetings and communicate critical information to all necessary internal and external parties.
