Food and Beverage Operations Associate (Full-Time, Seasonal)
Join our dynamic Food and Beverage team as a dedicated Shift Lead, primarily working morning shifts to ensure seamless setup and preparation for daily food and beverage service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of our hospitality environment, with flexibility to assist during evening hours as needed. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up food and beverage stations in accordance with operational standards
- Prepare the dining area and floor plan for daily service
- Assist with food and beverage preparation as required
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas before and after shifts
- Support team members during busy periods and special events
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food and beverage leadership
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work mornings with the ability to assist in evenings when necessary
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
