114 Collision Center LLC is looking for an experienced and dependable Auto Body Painter to join our busy collision-repair team. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing clean, consistent finishes and has strong skills in vehicle preparation, color matching, paint application, blending, and final detailing. Daily Responsibilities: Prepare vehicles and parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, feather‑edging, masking, and priming Mix and match paint colors accurately using manufacturer formulas and paint‑mixing systems Apply primers, sealers, base coats, clear coats, and other automotive finishes Blend paint into adjacent panels to achieve a seamless color match Inspect surfaces and correct imperfections before and after painting Wet‑sand, buff, and polish completed paintwork Maintain spray guns, painting equipment, and the paint booth Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements Complete work efficiently while maintaining professional‑quality standards Perform final quality‑control inspections before vehicle delivery Required Qualifications and Skills: At least three years of professional automotive painting experience Strong color‑matching and paint‑blending abilities Experience with automotive paint‑mixing systems and spray equipment Knowledge of surface preparation, primers, sealers, base coats, and clear coats Proficiency in sanding, masking, wet‑sanding, buffing, and polishing Ability to identify and correct paint defects, including runs, orange peel, fisheyes, and uneven coverage Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship Ability to work safely and efficiently in a busy shop environment Dependable attendance and the ability to work well with a team Experience painting large trucks, commercial vehicles, or RVs is a plus Compensation and Benefits: $18.00 - $25.00+ Per Hour Vacation leave About 114 Collision Center LLC 114 Collision Center LLC is a family‑owned collision‑repair shop in Rhome, Texas.
