What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the trusted liaison between our customers and our service department. Your ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional service will directly impact your success and earning potential.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally

• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs

• Recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines

• Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts

• Clearly explain repair recommendations and costs

• Coordinate repairs with technicians to ensure timely completion

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

• Verify warranty and extended service contract coverage

• Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls

• Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Positive attitude and professional appearance

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive Service Advisor experience

• Dealer Management System (DMS) experience

• Sales or customer service background
