We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Hair Stylist to join our salon team and take over an established clientele from a senior stylist who is relocating. This is a rare opportunity for a stylist who wants to step into a strong client base while continuing to grow their career in a supportive, professional salon environment.
Position Type
- Full-Time
- Commission-Based Compensation + Tips

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and consultations
- Deliver a high-end guest experience from consultation through checkout
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and retention
- Recommend professional retail products and haircare solutions
- Mentor and support junior stylists and assistants
- Help maintain salon cleanliness, professionalism, and brand standards
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products
- Assist with salon promotions, social media content, and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Active cosmetology license
- 3+ years of salon experience preferred
- Strong haircutting, coloring, and styling skills
- Existing clientele is a plus, but not required
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and continued education
