Licensed adjusters and career-entry applicants are welcome. No prior insurance adjusting experience is required for career-entry applicants. For experienced adjusters: Already licensed with claims experience? Experienced adjusters who meet our roster requirements may qualify for roster consideration for future deployment opportunities.

For new applicants: New to the industry? Independent adjusting is a certification-based career field that often requires:

State licensing
Xactimate estimating knowledge
Property claims training
Real-world claims workflow understanding

If additional licensing or training is needed, MileHigh Adjusters Houston offers career-entry training programs designed to help qualified individuals prepare for the industry.
