Join Our Team as a Hematology Oncology Physician in Celina, OH!

We are seeking a dedicated locum physician to provide coverage in Hematology Oncology at a well-established outpatient cancer center located in Celina, Ohio. This facility is part of a reputable health system that offers a supportive environment for patient care. The practice values specialized cancer treatment, catering to both adult and geriatric patients. The expected duration of coverage is from September 1, 2026, to January 18, 2027, during maternity leave for the existing provider.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient hematology/oncology care and patient evaluations.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging results.
• Prescribe treatments as necessary.
• Participate in tumor board discussions.
• Administer chemotherapy with the assistance of the Nurse Oncologist.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology or Truly Board Eligible - REQUIRED
• Active Ohio license - PREFERRED
• BLS Certified - REQUIRED
• Clean background check - REQUIRED
• Availability from 9/1/26 to 1/18/27 (Mon Wed, 8 AM 5 PM) - REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

• Ohio Medical License (Active)
• Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
• BLS Certification
