Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Analyst to join our Management Consulting & Valuation team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven professional with a strong analytical and financial skill set to contribute to a dynamic practice whose responsibilities extend beyond those of a traditional analyst role.As an Analyst, you will support complex engagements involving valuation, transaction advisory, litigation support, and strategic consulting, with exposure to matters involving intellectual property and other intangible assets. Job ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Valuation ModelingBuild and analyze complex financial models related to businesses, technologies, and intellectual property assetsApply advanced valuation techniques (income, market, and cost approaches) in both advisory and litigation contextsResearch & Market AnalysisConduct deep-dive industry, market, and competitive analyses across a wide range of sectorsEvaluate commercial viability, adoption trends, and competitive positioning of technologies and intangible assetsClient DeliverablesDraft clear, concise, and defensible reports, expert materials, and client presentationsTranslate complex quantitative analyses into compelling narratives suitable for executive and legal audiencesEngagement ExecutionSynthesize financial, technical, legal, and marketing materials into actionable insightsCritically evaluate opposing expert reports, damages claims, and valuation methodologiesClient Interaction & ExposureParticipate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and expert discussionsSupport preparation for depositions, arbitration, and trial testimonyFirm DevelopmentContribute to recruiting, training, and internal knowledge developmentSupport practice development initiatives, including proposal development and thought leadership QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field1-4 years of relevant experience in valuation, litigation consulting, investment banking, or related fieldsDemonstrated academic excellence – high cumulative GPAAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; strong PowerPoint and writing skillsExceptional analytical rigor and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearlyProfessional presence and the ability to engage confidently with clients and senior stakeholdersIntellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to work on analytically demanding problems Preferred QualificationsExperience in intellectual property valuation, damages analysis, or transaction advisoryProgress toward or completion of CFA, CPA, or other relevant certifications Physical and Mental Job QualificationsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Additional InformationSome of the Benefits We Have IncludeJ.S.
