Heavy Equipment OperatorThe Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating equipment in a safe and effective manner on jobsites. Heavy equipment may include, but is not limited to: front-end loaders, trackhoe, bulldozer, GPS dozer, roller, off-road truck, mini-excavator, excavator, skidsteer. Other duties may be assigned based on specific job needs.Key Duties:Ability to enter and exit heavy machinery while maintaining three points of contact, awareness of surroundings, and multi-limb coordinationKnowledge and appreciation of heavy equipment safety and operationDaily maintenance of equipment to remain in proper and safe operationAbility to work as part of a team and follow Foremen's instructions to ensure schedules are metFlexibility with schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changesAbility to follow traffic control instructionsProperly follow all Company policies and procedures for safe working conditionsFlexibility with schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changesRequirements:Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry 50+ lbsPreferred: 2+ years' experience as a heavy equipment operatorBenefits:Employee Stock Ownership ProgramPaid Time Off401k + matchingMedical, dental, vision, life, disability, supplemental insurance programsAn Equal Opportunity Employer Drug-Free Workplace
