Key facts Location: Remote-US-CA Engagement: Full-time What you'll do Lead the product management team in defining the vision and strategy for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and execute product roadmaps that deliver high-quality solutions to market. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to inform product development and positioning. Gather and prioritize customer feedback to continuously improve product features and functionality, ensuring a user-centric approach. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decision-making. Facilitate regular product review meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency throughout the product lifecycle. Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation within the team. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, both internally and externally, representing the product vision and strategy. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective go-to-market strategies and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Manage product budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to inform product development and maintain competitive advantage. Drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance product delivery and customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products throughout their lifecycle. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or Trello. A deep understanding of user experience design principles and best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Nice to have Experience in the B2B technology sector, particularly in data-driven solutions or analytics. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Previous experience in a leadership role, with a focus on team development and mentorship. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience working closely with design teams. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field. Skills & tools Proficiency in product management software and tools, including roadmapping and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Familiarity with customer feedback tools and methods for gathering user insights. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Practical notes This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location.
