Exceptional Community Services (ECS) is actively hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for their team in Monroe, GA.

As an RBT , you'll provide direct, one-on-one support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You'll implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), track and document client progress through data collection, and support skill development in communication, daily living, and social interaction.

Job Duties:
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Provide direct therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and skill acquisition
• Assist in conducting skill assessments and behavior reduction procedures
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and reinforcement strategies
• Support clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and academic skills
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
• Attend team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, required
• Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation, required
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or developmental disabilities
