Dover Jewelry, an established luxury fine jewelry company in Miami's Brickell district, is seeking a motivated, personable, and digitally savvy Fine Jewelry Sales & Ecommerce Specialist .

Specializing in exceptional estate, vintage, antique, and designer jewelry, natural diamonds, and luxury timepieces, Dover serves a distinguished local and international clientele through our Miami showroom, flagship website, and leading luxury marketplaces.

We seek a professional who combines strong sales abilities, ecommerce expertise, creativity, and a collaborative team personality .

Key Responsibilities

Fine Jewelry Sales & Client Relations

• Engage clients through phone, email, online inquiries, and showroom appointments.

• Convert sales opportunities through personalized service and consistent follow up.

• Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Assist with jewelry purchases, transactions, and order fulfillment.

Ecommerce & Luxury Marketplace Management

• Create, edit, and publish fine jewelry listings on DoverJewelry.com, 1stDibs, eBay, and Etsy .

• Prepare accurate product descriptions, specifications, photography selections, and pricing updates.

• Manage inventory updates, online merchandising, and ecommerce transactions.

• Support Dover's new Shopify website , including product uploads, content updates, merchandising, and quality control.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage and contribute to Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest content and posting.

• Create engaging product features, stories, and promotional content.

• Collaborate with our marketing team on email campaigns, product launches, and digital promotions.

• Identify opportunities to increase online engagement and sales.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fine jewelry, luxury sales, ecommerce, or online merchandising.

• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
  
  
• Strong sales skills and confidence communicating with discerning clientele.

• Experience managing ecommerce product listings and digital platforms.

• Familiarity with Shopify or comparable ecommerce systems.

• Working knowledge of Instagram and social media management.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new technologies.

• Must work on site in Brickell, Miami. Local candidates strongly preferred.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, designer jewelry, and luxury watches.

• Experience with 1stDibs, eBay, Etsy, and Shopify .

• Pinterest content management, product pins, or advertising experience.

• Canva, Photoshop, product image editing, or digital design.

• Klaviyo, email marketing, SEO, and ecommerce merchandising.

Position Details

Location: 1000 Brickell Avenue, Suite 100, Miami, FL

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Type: Full Time, On Site

Compensation: Competitive, with sales commission; commensurate with experience.

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
