Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients during initial sessions to determine their mental health status and identify specific treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that are client-centered and culturally sensitive, focusing on various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse problems, and eating disorders.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health or community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
