- Additional Info: Quality Community Health Center (QCHC) in Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our patient-centered medical home. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages in a collaborative, team-based environment that values continuity, compassion, and community impact. Responsibilities include preventive, acute, and chronic care management, coordination with behavioral and dental providers, and leadership in advancing equitable, accessible care. QCHC offers a supportive clinical setting with manageable patient volumes, strong nursing and administrative support, and opportunities for professional growth. Competitive compensation and a full benefits package are included, with NHSC loan repayment eligibility.
