Production Operator / Packer- Up to $19.50/hr- IN.

Indianapolis, IN

Pay: Up to $19.50/hour

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Some Saturdays required)

Key Responsibilities

• Fill bottles (10oz, 12oz, etc.) from large drums using production equipment
• Label bottles clearly and accurately
• Package finished products into boxes with correct counts
• Prepare and label boxes for shipment
• Verify production output matches order sheets
• Add additional components to packaging when required
• Meet daily production targets (200–400 units per shift)
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S standards)
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced or production environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks on an assembly line
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly
• Must have or obtain steel-toe/composite shoes
• Comfortable working in a no-smoking campus environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience
• Experience with filling containers or packaging lines
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or aerospace environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
