Are you a people person who loves building relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences? The Springs Apartments, a beautiful apartment community located on the north side of Indianapolis, is looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team!
If you enjoy meeting new people, helping them find their next home, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do- Welcome prospective residents and provide personalized community tours.
- Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the leasing process.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
- Process rental applications and assist with move-in coordination.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
- Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts.
- Maintain knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and community amenities.
- Ensure the leasing office and model apartments are welcoming and tour-ready.
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to generate new leads.
- Work closely with the Property Director and onsite team to achieve leasing and occupancy goals.
- Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred.
- Multifamily leasing experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping people.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning property management software.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Weekend availability is required.
