Oversee outpatient clinic operations. Ensure high-quality patient care is provided. Manage nursing staff and coordinate schedules. Develop and implement policies and procedures. Monitor patient outcomes and improve processes. Collaborate with healthcare team members to achieve goals. Promote a safe and efficient work environment.
