Emmy Squared Durham is seeking experienced Dishwashers to join our team and ensure the back of house runs smoothly! The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Position Responsibilities:
As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team by:

• Cleaning and sanitizing cookware, utensils, and dishware following Emmy Squared standards.
• Keeping the dish area organized and ensuring proper machine temperature and chemical safety.
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen floors and back-of-house spaces.
• Properly disposing of waste and following dumpster procedures.
• Supporting the kitchen team with additional back-of-house tasks as assigned by management.

Position Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant back-of-house experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to:
  • Lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
  • Walk and stand for extended periods with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching overhead.
