Join Our OBGYN Hospitalist Team in Huntsville, AL!

We are seeking a dedicated OBGYN to join our Hospitalist group. In this role, the physician will deliver patient-centered, compassionate, and high-quality evidence-based healthcare. The responsibilities of the OBGYN Hospitalist encompass a variety of tasks, including:

• Providing coverage for the OB Emergency Department
• Attending deliveries
• Assisting in surgical procedures
• Managing minor procedures for urgent conditions

Our team consists of board-certified and board-eligible physicians, certified registered nurse practitioners (CRNPs), and physician assistants (PAs), all committed to exceptional patient care.

Huntsville Hospital for Women and Children is a specialized facility focused on the health of women, infants, children, and adolescents. We pride ourselves on offering the most comprehensive maternal and pediatric programs in the region, with:

• Approximately 4,500 births and 16,000 admissions each year
• In-house anesthesia services
• 20 Labor, Delivery, Recovery (LDR) rooms
• 3 Labor & Delivery operating rooms
• A newly renovated 5-bed Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
• A 10-bed OB/GYN Emergency Department
• A Maternal Fetal Medicine Program
• An 11-bed High-Risk Antepartum Unit
• An Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• A Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

We are proud to be the only facility in the region with a Level III NICU, along with specialized pediatric services, a Pediatric Emergency Room, and a St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital affiliate clinic for Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
