Shop Fabrication Welder – Industrial Manufacturing
Location: Decatur, Alabama
Shift: Day Shift
Hours: 50 Hours Per Week
Pay: $23–$28/hour (based on experience & weld test)
Project Duration: Long-Term
Texas Trades is now hiring experienced Shop Fabrication Welders for a long-term manufacturing project in Decatur, AL. This position is working inside a fabrication shop building HAX Systems for Data Centers .
Requirements- Must have strong industrial fabrication and manufacturing experience
- Must be able to read and work from blueprints/fabrication drawings
- Experience with structural and heavy industrial welding preferred
- Reliable transportation and solid work ethic required
Candidates must pass:
- 3G V-Groove Uphill Test
- 4G Overhead Test
- Day shift schedule
- Working approximately 50 hours weekly
- Long-term steady work
- Competitive pay based on experience and weld performance
