The Staff Pad is seeking a Urologist to join a well-established, physician-led, independent not-for-profit health system in Marion, IL. This full-time, employed position offers an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading, multi-specialty medical group with strong surgical support and a stable referral base. The role provides a compensation model designed to reward productivity and quality, serving a broad regional population.
