About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Control to lead a team dedicated to daily P&L validation, attribution, and reporting, with a focus on fixed-income and loan products. The successful candidate will be instrumental in internal controls, process efficiency, and finance transformation projects, and will be responsible for the documentation of department-level policies and procedures. This role also involves managing the EUC control process for critical spreadsheets, leading the creation and automation of reporting templates, and enhancing controls around P&L reporting. The VP will work closely with partners to ensure the accuracy of financial statements, monitor trading activity for ad-hoc valuations and trade reserves, and assist with the setup of Volcker Reporting. Applicants for the Vice President of Product Control position at the company should have a background in derivatives, with experience in deposits and lending being preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent, is required, along with a professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or FRM. The role demands strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and train junior staff, and a proactive approach to process improvement and financial infrastructure modernization.
