Your innovative approach, collaborative mindset, and commitment to success will help us further strengthen our culture of collaboration and advancement. **Your day-to-day tasks will include:*** Delivering exceptional project management services* Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution with client processes and tools.* Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards through adhering to client processes and tools.* Providing mentorship/leadership to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excel.* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.* Driving innovative ways of working, constantly seeking new approaches and technologies to enhance project management processes and outcomes.* Embracing an inspiring, innovative, and optimistic mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to push boundaries and drive impactful change.* Championing JLL's values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging **Desired experience and technical skills:****Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)* PMP certification or equivalent project management certification* Minimum of 7 years of proven New York City experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry* Ability to be present in the office up to 4x/week.* Proficiency in building client presentations.* Client facing.* Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-end retail projects from inception to completion with the ability to pivot, and redirect accordingly.* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams* Experience leading projects within financial services specifically retail banking* Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment **Preferred:*** Proficiency in Project scheduling – MS Projects super user level* Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation* Knowledge of construction processes and NYC building codes* Proficiency in project management process, software, and toolsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
